Key Responsibilities
**Team Management**: the establishment, maintenance, and management of the project team, the organization and coordination of project meetings
**Progress Management**: guide project team members to push forward the project progress, and achieve project milestones such as installation, testing, and acceptance as planned
Support Regional Manager to control project and achieve project target
**Problem/Risk/Change Management**: analyze, coordinate, track, and solve project problems, avoid project risks, control demand and plan changes
**Process Management**: standardization of project process management
**Communication and Customer Satisfaction**: establishing, coordinating and improving customer relationships, assisting customers in completing and implementing on-site preparations, and ensuring that customers perform contract duties
Monitoring progress include (Installation, ATP, SSV Document submission)
**Key Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree or higher education in Computer Technology/Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Fluent in English and good communication skills
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, broad-minded, rigorous and meticulous work style, strong communication and coordination, teamwork ability, strong control ability, strong resistance to pressure
