PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (Ref: JA-PA-001)
**THE POSITION**
We have recently secured several high-profile projects in the APAC Region and are now seeking to grow in Indonesia.
We are seeking to recruit high caliber Project Administrator to be based in Jakarta office.

We wish to recruit a Project Administrator with the following skills.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Ideally has a university degree in a relevant field.
- Experience related to construction sector, e.g., project management, project coordinator, construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, architecture, sustainability or similar roles.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as project administrator or document controller or project coordinator on construction projects, e.g., with contractor, consultant, or Project Management company.
- Knowledge of one or more document management / project management software, e.g., Aconex, Procore, Field Lens, PlanGrid, BIM360, CxAlloy
- Any other experience relevant to construction industry is an added advantage, e.g., LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), PMP (Project Management Plan), AutoCAD
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Other languages of benefit
- Computer literate, as a minimum, Office 365, OneDrive, Teams, Zoom etc.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and organized.
**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers to manage various project-specific administration tasks on multiple projects.
- Manage filing of project incoming and outgoing folders
- Coordinate all information and actions on construction project management tools (e.g., Aconex, Procore).
Input information into tools and download outputs.
- Assist PM to track and prioritize actions and deadlines on projects.
Follow up internally and externally on outstanding / overdue actions.
- Track project progress and coordinate with admin/accounts to raise invoices.
- Track project expenditure vs. PM Booklet
- Track invoicing and inform accounting team of invoicing milestones.
- Assist in managing resource allocation across projects within the team.
- Compile document submissions / tender documents and create transmittal sheets to issue / upload to relevant sites.
- Maintain various trackers e.g., for material submissions, drawings submissions, method statements, project schedules etc.
- Assist and coordinator the Project Manager in the day-to-day activities.
