Production Supervisor

**Production Supervisor****JOB PURPOSE**- Provide leadership and supervision on production activities covering both formulation and packaging process, to ensure safe and smooth daily operation to produce products which fulfill quality standard, OTIF requirement and cost standard.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Organize daily routine activities to achieve smooth production operation and its KPI covering PQCDSM aspects.- Perform planning, allocation and manage absenteeism to ensure sufficient resource is provided in each production lines.- Coordinate people development program in production area through competency matrix process and define development plan for each role in production shop floor.- Perform people performance management in production area.- Coordinate execution of lean best practices in production area.- Ensure daily production records are maintained (OEE, Downtime, production output, quality issues, etc).- Coordinate implementation of in-process quality inspection for both formulation and packaging processes.- Perform production transactions in SAP.- Continuously seeking opportunity of improvement in term of operational safety, product quality and cost saving.**WHO YOU ARE****Education**- D3 in Engineering/management.**Relevant experiences**- Experience in formulation and packaging of chemical products or FMGC for min 5 years**Main competencies for the jo**b**- Play to win, grow yourself and others, collaborate and connect, Flexibility and efficiency**Communication**- Strong communication skill in Bahasa and basic engilish.**Application Period**:- 1 - 14 November 2023**Reference Code**:- 804950**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Indonesia : Banten : Tangerang**Functional Area**:- Production&Manufacturing**Position Grade**:- R12**Employment Type**:- Permanent**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
