Monitor the production process and maintain work areas and equipment
Inspect production's output and quality to meet or exceed all customer requirements
Ensure that the operators follow operation standards, policies and procedures
Ensure that all production targets are met
Inform any production issues or problems to supervisor on duty to ensure a continuous flow of quality product
Diploma's Degree (D3) in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering
Have a minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
Passionate about building a career especially in manufacturing industry
Familiarity with CNC machines, AutoCAD / Solidworks software, PLC and any other related technical hard skills would be a huge plus
Ready to do fieldwork and work in shift
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Strong sense of leadership, adaptable and committed to excellence
Willing to attend offline psychological testing in Curug, Tangerang
