DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Requirements: Degree any discipline with 3 years working experience as Production Scheduler in Manufacturing.
Have intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems (prefered Oracle)
Knowledge in basics of customer care.
Have good coordination and organizational abilities. This is needed in a bid to always deliver products on time to customers.
Possess good interpersonal skills to be able to get along well with other workers (cohesion).
Being self-motivate, ability to work independently and ability to lead the team.
Person with strong analytical capability and good problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and staying commitment to make things happen.
Effective communication skill to express in English through oral & written form is a must.
Job Description:
Liaise with customer for orders, shipment, and any issues related to customer.
Provide shipping daily schedule and shipment priority based on customer requested date.
Follow up on critical and urgent issues, work with supervisors and other departments towards resolving them. Provide immediate escalation to immediate supervisor.
Carry out planning and coordination of production schedules
Supervise schedules and workflow to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely manner
Perform pre-organization of production materials before the commencement of production
Coordinate and develop production plans with the production & supply chain team
Create efficient scheduling processes or methods to attain production goals
Coordinate with supply chain for production materials
Generate production reports that are meant to be used for important (production) decisions
Perform supervision of routine checks and maintenance of production equipment to avoid shut down during production
Coordinate and resolve problems that have to do with production / engineerg / process / material issue in a timely manner so that it does not hinder production and delivery.
Follow up on critical and urgent issues, work with supervisors and other departments towards resolving them. Provide immediate escalation to immediate supervisor.
Measure and review On Time Delivery and Customer Lot acceptance on a monthly basis.
Track customer feedback and complaints through a event log.
Follow up the closing of SCAR given by customer pertaining to product complaint.
Maintain & improve in QMS system.
