About the Production Manager Role:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Production team and overseeing production processes and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
Manage and support SHEQ initiatives and objectives
Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce
Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
Review the production process based on labour costs to production results

To succeed in this Production Manager role, you will need to have stong management skills, deep knowledge in production flows and exposure in FMCG.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Minimum of five years' managerial experience
Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and very detail-oriented
Extensive exposure in FMCG industry
