Production Admin

- Membantu Production Manager dalam pengaturan jadwal flow produksi
- Mencatat hasil output produksi dan setiap hari sesuai kapasitas dan jadwal produksi station tersebut
- Membuat sistem jadwal produksi dikerjakan sesuai jumlah dan waktu yang ditentukan
- Memastikan jam kerja proses produksi tercatat dari mulai awal sampai akhir proses
- Melakukan time motion study untuk menentukan standard waktu produksi

Tugas dan pekerjaan harian

- Menurunkan Production Order ke lantai produksi
- Melakukan tugas administrasi produksi dalam proses monitoring hasil produksi
- Melakukan koordinasi harian dengan supervisor produksi untuk mengisi target produksi harian di tiap stasiun kerja
- Memasang informasi performance mingguan tiap station pada whiteboard di area produksi yang berisi informasi target vs actual output
- Mencatat output harian dari masing – masing stasiun kerja
