Essential Responsibilities
- Function as a sales manager - accountable for driving quarterly orders and sales of MS/HAC business in the assigned country of responsibility against operating plan.
- Render product and solutions expertise to drive and support channel partners in wing-to-wing pre-sales & sales execution
- Empower sales force of channel partners to sell as consultants to customer, by building deep market and competition insights, formulating Go-to-Market strategy, and working together with channel partners on solution selling.
- Build and grow strategic installed bases and solution reference sites by working hand-in-hand with channel partners in key account management
- Champion pre-sales and demand generation programs to create and extend market opportunities
- Empower the sales force of channel partners to win in the market, through continuous knowledge transfer and education,
- Work independently and inclusively in a matrix organization; leverage on the great minds around you to help our customers achieve their goals
Role Summary/Purpose
This leadership role is mainly responsible for growing the Monitoring Solutions and High Acuity Care (MS/HAC) product portfolio in the assigned country. Primarily functioning as a product and solution expert on-the-ground, this role will work closely alongside the sales, product, and marketing teams of channel partners in product Go-to-Market, demand generation, building market and competition insights, expanding visibility and funnels, and empower channel partners to deliver customer outcomes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree holder; clinical or engineering background preferred
- Above 5 years of working experience in the healthcare industry
- Sales, product, and channel experience are must
- Clinical / Healthcare IT solutions background is a plus
- Experience with patient monitoring solutions is a plus
- Self-driven
- Proficient in both English and local language of the country of responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellence listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial or Business Development experience needed (ideally in Patient Monitoring
- Solutions
- Ideally great people management and leadership skill set in managing distributors. No direct
- reports for this role so direct management experience is not needed but either directly or indirectly
- managing a team or channel partners might be helpful
- Successful candidates will be familiar with how to work with government, budget allocation and
- understand how to work with KOL’s, and illustrate knowledge on product, price and positioning
- your goods as well as how to negotiate and participate in tendors.
- Pre-sales is important experience to have
- Must be able to successfully develop the market.
- Must know how to work marketing campaigns budget cycle, penetrating accounts.
- Digital Healthcare Solution Selling is nice to have (but not a must).
- Medical Equipment Product Marketing experience is needed
