Job description & requirementsProduct Owner Lead - Retention will handle and guide 2 Product Owners under the Retention Tribe. Expected to have experience on retaining users on a product or business, be able to gather any necessary feedback from users, able to analyze and find any insight from user behavioral data, guide and solve any process or structural issue on the tribe and squad, manage people especially the product owners and the squad members, be able to show the tribe and squad vision and passion to achieve that.Responsibilities:Goal Alignment & Product RoadmappingDefine, lead and execute holistic strategy to work towards business goals; collaborate across product areas and functions Collaborate with business & head of product to set Tribe’s OKRs and drives strategy & roadmap Ensure alignment with OKRs and strategy for their team Product ManagementClosely monitor product metrics, alerting when something goes wrong and suggesting tactical & actionable product iteration for the team Closely monitor product delivery, spot potential bottlenecks and assist the team to prevent & mitigate. Involves & coordinate Feature Discovery - Tech Research, User Research, Data Analysis, Define Product/Feature Concept, Concept Testing collaborate with Senior UXR, Data Team, Designer, Engineer Involves in partnership with external parties to help product growth by assessing value, feasibility, maintain communication & monitor delivery Product Cost Management (Buy or Make Decision, Cost Benefit analysis) Team ManagementKeeps business team & head of product informed with delivery & outcome progress of the team Collaborate with the head of product to formulate team structure, framework, workflow & work standardization to improve team performance. Develop outcome focused & high performance team culture Provide mentorship & developing team growth program Advocates for resourcing & staffing needs, act as hiring manager and participate in interview, attending recruiting events, and presenting externally Assist and provide product advisory to help team achieve output and outcome ranging from product management, solving technical challenges and better stakeholder management Requirements:Must HaveMin 4 years experience in Product management with 2 Years experience as Product Owner Lead Experience managing and developing any retention initiatives. Applied data informed product management with clear key results with proof of successful product iteration & strong build-measure-learn practice. Solid Foundational Product Management & Framework Influence & steady leadership style Proactive, strong drive to get things done, and think like scientist execute like entrepreneur Solid understanding of IT System Knowledge, able to provide guidance for teams related to work around, dependency, risk & impact. Solid Problem solving skill to help teams solve technical challenges & BML practice in a practical manner. Fluent in english & a good communicator with great listening skills Passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best A Plus:Experience in Fintech & Banking Industry Experience in billing payment integration, loyalty, engagement, paylater, banking features.
