Product owner that will handle direct squad and scrum rituals. Expected to plug & play understand market, customer behavior, manage customer platform, closely collaborate with C-Level while handling internal squad & external partners. Squad Responsibility will be around integration for senyumku lite with billing payment, 3rd party passive & active bank aggregator, news & blog portal, and other fintech integration.
Responsibilities:
Alignment to company’s vision, objective & key result
Opportunity Discovery (Research, Data Analysis, Define Product/Feature Concept, Concept Testing) collaborate with UXR, Data Team, & Designer
Determine Product Strategy & Roadmapping together with business & C-Team
Product Cost Management (Buy or Make Decision, Cost Inform)
Manage internal & external IT development team to ensure product delivery according to plan
Maintain & monitoring product performance & experience
Iteration through experiment & research to achieve key result
Requirements:
Min 2 years experienced as PO/Product manager
Experienced in customer data collection, including but not limited to mobile data, website data and behavior data.
Strong data analysis & technical background
Applied data inform product management with clear key result
Familiar with SCRUM & closely collaborate with internal development team
Comfortable working in complex and fast-paced environment
Fluent in english & a good communicator with great listening skills
Love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
Must have experience in working with product designers and have an eye for design
Passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
Bonus Point if:
Understand Android SDK for device data & play store policy
Solid understanding of device data, network, cellular, e-commerce, and ride-hailing data
Has experienced integrating with 3rd party data providers
Have experienced in experimental product management (A/B & Multivariate Testing)
MBA Graduated
Knows Indonesian Banking & Fintech Market
Involved in product discovery & has collaborated with UXR
