Product Operations (Tech)

Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the entire product development process for Tech teams
- Work closely with Product Manager to create, maintain, and prioritize product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Translating product managers' strategies to actionable tasks for development
- Act as the primary contact between the scrum teams, product development departments and stakeholders
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release goals
Requirement & Qualifications:

- 3 years working experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager/Associate Project Manager
- Having experience in Tech field
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details

**Salary**: Rp1,000,000,000 - Rp1,200,000,000 per month
