About the Role
As our Food & Platform Product Marketing Executive, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Merchant Marketing wheel of Gojek that directly impacts the company’s sales & revenue. Collaborating closely with the Product, Communication, and Partnership teams, you'll take charge in ensuring that all of our merchant partners are kept up to date with our latest announcements and happenings through our communication channels. You'll also scout out potential new features that we can adopt to further increase merchant partner engagement rates. You'll get ample opportunity to flex your communication & marketing skills, helping us grow out merchant partner family, and ensure that every merchant partner in the region gets the attention, experience, and opportunities they deserve.
What You Will Do
Gather product insight by collecting necessary information or data, identifying bottlenecks and investigate root cause, and coming up with proposed solutions based on the insight and findings
In charge of managing all product communication, highlighting product benefits to help merchants increase transactions
Help in developing materials for merchants training regarding features and how to improve their business performance through different features
Working closely with engineering/product team to drive product adoption rate while also assuring product quality and future enhancement
Define and analyze success metrics of different features
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 3 years of experiences in similar field
Has good project management skill and has a spirit of collaboration
Possesses can-do attitude with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility
Experienced with data-driven approach in decision making
Familiar with SQL would be a huge plus point
About the Team
Our Product Marketing team is a part of the Merchant Marketing team, which consists of Product Marketing Manager and Executive that handle merchant acquisition, retention, and communication. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, we are in charge to become the front-liner to organize, educate and communicate campaigns, feature release and engagement to merchants. We focused on consulting several stakeholders to drive product adoption rate while also assuring product quality and future enhancement.
Having a vision to strengthen Merchant’s positioning, we act as the source of insight to guide our Merchant’s marketing decisions. Currently, our team has been busy working on campaigns that are more focused around variant feature adoption. One of our past favorite campaigns were Mega Campaign Pasti Ada Promo, Promo Bermakna, WIB with Tokopedia.
