Job Description
Are you strong at taking a new product to market? You get excited plotting out your own route to marketing, selling a new product. You like coming up with creative ideas, but you are also strong at executing them. You are good at organization and are self-organized? You also want to profit from the success of your own product? We are looking for someone as Full Time who can take our Indonesian Scrum Master Certification (ISM) to success. The past year, we have laid the foundation for the product. The first 300 people are certified and our exam is solid. The potential of this product is big, as can be seen from the success of American equivalents. We need someone to realize this potential.
Our consultancy helps enterprises in Indonesia become Agile. Scrum is the most popular framework in Agile and many people in Indonesia want to become certified. Today, there are 2 American certifications, both expensive to obtain and the exams are in English. To help more Indonesian people become certified, we have developed a local Indonesian version.
What you will be doing:
- Take full responsibility of our Online Certification Portal
- Organize public and inhouse tests to boost the # certification holders
- Keep track of data to measure the success of the product
- Contact and meet people to evangelize our Certifications
- Maintain the database of questions for the exam
- Develop the Certification path further (we plan to have level 2 and up)
Qualifications
What we expect from you:
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English Language
- Strong knowledge of marketing, able to come up with your own plans to market the product
- You know what it takes to make a product successful and you consider the product your own startup
- Brief Knowledge of Agile (Not Mandatory)
