- Scale new business lines from 0 to1
- Initiate and prove new venture opportunitiesthat will provide strategic value; lead initiatives end to end, partnering withinternal stakeholders and external partners
- Develop business cases to informleadership of the opportunity, rationale, and operational plan to scaleprioritized ventures
- Help drive the operational cadenceof various pilots to evaluate and inform the scaling of new strategicinitiatives
- Collaborate with dedicated 4member squad with end to end tech, data & growth capabilities
- Collaborate with multiplecross-functional partners, including product, engineering, sales, design,capital markets, finance and legal when necessary
- Conduct qualitative andquantitative analyses and deliver insights to different stakeholders across avariety of business issues

- Bachelor's Degree in relevantfields
- 5+ years of relevant workingexperience in Product Development / Business Operations / Growth / VentureBuilding within a startup/technology company and / or experience as a founder
- Demonstrated ability to work in afast-paced environment and ability to both influence and develop strongpartnerships at all levels
- Exceptional business judgment withthe ability to create sound frameworks to drive towards decisions andorganizational alignment
- Strong business intuition with theability to understand consumer and partner psychology; ability to read betweenthe lines of both quantitative and qualitative research
- A core analytical skill set:strong quantitative and analytical chops
- High-energy, team-first attitude:Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help ourgrowing business
- Be agile and scrappy, along withthe ability to work autonomously
- Have a growthmindset
- Knowledge of Indonesian market isan asset
