DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Main Tasks ? Sales and Product Line Strategy/Development
Prepare and present the Annual Product Line Strategy
Provide data and analysis of Actual Sales vs Sales Budget to the Sales Manager quarterly.
Committed to deliver agreed sales volume, sales value and profitability (cCM1) as approved by Sales Manager.
Together with Area Management, approach and deal with medium ? big customers with coordination from Sales Manager.
Focusing on specification selling and managing key account customers
Conduct market research to monitor the market condition to determine the sales potential, product portfolio and the sales strategy
Support the Area Management for specifications especially for new prospecting enterprise customer.
Set up, update and regularly monitor price list based on consideration of profitability, product positioning and market willingness to pay.
Coordinate with Area Management and support the applicator or distributor for project specifications to owner, consultant or contractor.
Customer Management and Service
Regularly visit and build strong and long-term relationship with key account customers.
Evaluate and take action based on customer buying experiences to improving our services and solutions.
Provide appropriate service, technical assistance and product assistance for customers & partners.
Develop cross segment and cross BU initiative to optimized potential sales as one company.
Business development activity to optimized potential sales.
Market Intelligence
Prepare and update the annual market and product strategy by product segment.
Analyze products, prices and activities of competitors in the market.
Provide information regarding market needs and changes in order to support new product development.
Conduct SWOT-Analyses regularly in order to recommend a sales strategy and action plan.
Prepare updated project information from the BCI Asia Magazine or other information sources and select the priority project tenders to follow up.
Internal Coordination with Other Department
Close coordination with area management to ensure the strategy and sales result are on right track.
Coordinate with marketing department related to marketing tools and marketing activity.
Close coordination with supply chain department for product forecast and availability
Intense communication and coordination with Sales manager and Regional Business Segment Manager in order to update product line strategy, technology development and product portfolio
Stock and Product Forecast Management
Control, monitor and take action for product forecast from area management
Set up the amount of minimum stock and product classification
Control and monitor stock aging and set up the action plan.
Provide forecast data to supply chain and production department related to product availability and stock
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
