Product Manager

An exciting Product Manager job is currently available at a well-respected financial tech start up based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is for a driven and determined individual with a strong business acumen and prior experience in IT.
About the Product Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for product managerial matters relating to various domains in the website and its internal systems. This includes the aspects of product innovation, product strategy development, capability development, target setting and mentoring of other Product Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, communicate, analyse, arrange and confirm related system requirements
Manage Indonesian resources, coordinate and follow up system development, system testing and on-line work
Track operation and ensure end-results are satisfied after the systems go online
Related seller system training, Q&A, support and other work with Indonesian local staff
Analyse system performance, operation data, identify problems and solve pain points

To succeed in this Product Manager role, you must have prior experience in IT.
Key Requirements:
Outstanding business acumen and a willingness to engage in constructive and transparent discussions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science; at least five years' experience in the Information Technology field
Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus to work with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
