The Job
You will be responsible for :
Product P&L across various geographies and developing product pricing as well as positioning strategies
Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling in the product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scoping and prioritising activities based on business and customer impact
Working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Driving product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
Evaluating promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Representing the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
Working with marketing communications to define go-to market strategy and helping them understand market positioning
Engaging with an engineering counterpart to define product release
Manage a team of 1-5 members
The Profile
You have a Degree from a top-tier institute and at least 5 years experience in Brand/ Product Management or a Project Management within Financial Services industry.
You are experience in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia.
You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
