Job Description:
Run research for service industry Monitor and maintain CS Ticket and CVR Participate in local service product improvement Creating weekly analysis current product metrics & business metrics Provide suggestion & recommendation of product based on data analysis finding Create testing scenario Maintain and ensure all tracking is well implemented based on Requirement Minimum Qualifications:
Background: computer science, engineering, data related from reputable university Have a strong analytical thinking & summarize data findings Familiar with digital industries (such as e-commerce, etc) Active on the organization/have outstanding background Able to attend 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, min. 3 months period of internship, and join ASAP
