?? Job Role Drive product launches including working with public relation team, executives, and other product management team members. Build good relationship with Principals and customers. Create training and coaching program for product and sales team. Identify KOL and Working together with Principal to utilize the strategy with KOL. Planning product promotions and controlling the use of costs for product promotion. Control and Maintain selling price of the product together with the sales team. Ensure and working together with sales team that the sales targets for responsible product that have been set can be achieved. Assist in AR billing follow up ?? Requirements Minimum bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Laboratory or any major. Having at least 3 years experiences in handling: IPC & Neuromodulation products. Critical Care products. Able to operate Microsoft Office (esp.: Excel, Power Point). Good negotiation, presentation, leadership & communication skill. Precise, detail, and self-motivated. Able to work under pressure. ??
