Product Development Staff

**Job Descriptions**:- Provide project data for Feasibility Study in accordance with the standards by company.- Prepare and arrange the e-Price List of each product to be approved by Top Management in accordance with the standards by company.- Prepare and process the annual Sales Plan for budget preparation.- Prepare and update ready stock product information to Sales & Promotion Division.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architect.- Minimum 1 year experience in Product Development, or 2 years experience preferably in Property & Developer Company.- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD).- Having knowledge of property industry and Product Development.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
