About the Product Development Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Product Development Manager will play a key role in the manufacturing operations and continued development and success.

Key responsibilities:

Planning, implementing and controlling sample product to deliver as per as its specs and schedules

Ensuring the sample product output accordance with standard and quality

Managing and controlling the material inventory in warehouse

To succeed in this Product Development Manager role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any major

Minimum three years' experience as a product development manager and five years as product development supervisor in the footwear industry

Excellent knowledge of industry processes and procedure and fluency in English

Strong leadership skill and a visionary who has ability to improve the product development department
