Product Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan and provide directions on all aspects of the organization's product development policies and objectives
Oversee research for new products, product enhancements and redesign
Perform R&D to develop new products
Conduct research on ideas and assess feasibility from a market and financial standpoint
Source and work with external suppliers on prototypes until commercialization
Help to develop marketing strategies (including pricing) for various products
IPAK/IDAK and PKRT registration
Technical PIC for product registration
Work closely with warehouse partners to ensure products are kept according to registration standards

**Key Requirements**:
Diploma 3 Bachelor Pharmacy/Pharmacist or Diploma 3/4 Pharmacy Analyst or Bachelor of Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering
Excellent command of English
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Strong work ethic
