**Responsibilities**:
- Plan & propose product proposition
- Develop acquisition program in order to lead in the market
- Execute product development strategy, product preposition, competitive differentiation as a value added for product
- Implement strategic initiatives to increase customer base
- Create product / program proposal and its cost and benefit analysis
- Involve in to development and implementation of products / program and marketing communications to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved manage day to day product / program, handling complaint and problem solving.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree, in any field
- Exposure to banking and product development will be an advantage
- Good strategical and analytical thinking, proactive
- Having good management, communication and presentation skills
- Computer literacy with creating presentation, calculation & analysis.
- Man or women are welcome with experience 1-2 years
**Salary**: Up to Rp15,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
