Product Development Analyst

Works with Manager in terms of developing and implementing new products
- Evaluates existing products and recommends improvements
- Collaborates with product development team to complete the assigned project within allocated budget and timelines
- Analyzes product issues and provides appropriate resolutions
- Identifies customer requirements and provides optimal product development solutions
- Monitors & evaluates marketing strategic implementation of ongoing projects : the development stage, User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Identifies areas of improvements & concerns an recommends corrective actions
- Share new product ideas and concepts to Manager to meet revenue goals
- Stays abreast with the latest product development tools and techniques
- Responds to product related questions from staffs in a timely and accurate manner
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information Systmens, Business Management or related field with min GPA of 3.00
- Min 2 years of experiences in product development
- Able to conduct market research and synthesize complex data into actionable goals
- A detail-oriented person with excellent writing skills to prepare detailed repors
- Critical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideas
- Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders who may have competing interests
- Has exceptional organizational, management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
