Support in product development (R&D) and propose to HQ in Japan
Conduct sample checking, trial order inspection on furniture products
Check the purchase order sheet from HQ for a trial order
Follow up the sales request from HQ, price negotiation, etc.
Handling communication and act as an intermediary between HQ and furniture suppliers in Indonesia
Handling quality claims & QC related documents
Translation jobs (translate documents from Japanese to English or English to Japanese)
Do an inspection at the supplier's factory
Attend QC from HQ for inspection, checking factory & etc.
Handle all other QC related jobs
