**Intro of Team**:
We are the Music team for ByteDance in Indonesia, and we handle all local operations for our music app, Resso.
The Resso Indonesia team does music programming and library management, understands the local music streaming platform user, develops and executes programs to attract music enthusiasts to join and subscribe to the platform, and works with artists, labels and distributors to promote music and artists appealing to our target market.
Within the Resso Indonesia team, this role leads Product and Business Operations, providing critical local market input to future product development, recommending pricing and payment methods to drive monetization, collaborating with the rest of the local team to launch new pricing initiatives, and supporting the Country Manager in delivering local operational strategy and business plans.
These are responsibilities critical to continued relevance and loyalty among our users, as well as for a sustainable business for the long-term.
The role contributes well to ByteDance's mission by providing input on how to further enrich lives of Indonesian music enthusiasts thru music, while ensuring business sustainability.
**Responsibilities**:
1.
Work directly with Product Managers and Operations Managers to ensure the features and contents we released are meet the market's taste and friendly to use.
2.
Measure and monitor the product's performance as well as presenting product related consumer, market and competitive intelligence to team.
3.
Propose, test and implement monetization / payout models to generate appropriate incentives for users to participate in the new platform.
4.
Oversee development of new channels for premium subscriptions.
5.
Support Country Manager in developing local operations strategy and leading business planning.
1.
Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years' in Product or Operations for an internet company, preferably for a digital content product
2.
Strong data analytic skills and able to conduct industry and segment research and analyses.
3.
Has experience leading a team, preferably having collaborated with international colleagues.
Prior experience in monetization a plus.
4.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Self-driven, with a sense of ownership over work.
5.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
