Incoming Contacts Management
- Proactively take ownership in resolving inquiry from customers about the product information or specification through all channels.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal team proactively on gaining detail information about the product information or specification following the service level agreement.
- Communicate with internal team and across departmental and also other third-party partners to ensure proper completion of the inquiry from customers about the product information or specification.
- Understand and implement new information and procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Own the assignments that relates to suppliers in order to speed up the required information to provide excellence services to our customers.
- Product Knowledge Documentation.
- Collect and provide product knowledge material that supports Customer Support operations.
- Share the information through training or briefing or other activities to help CS staffs working on their best knowledge of product information or specification.
- Provide insight and collaborate with related department to enrich product information on the website.
- Performance & Reporting.
- Deliver a consistent level of quality of services across channels.
- Analyze the inquiries of product information or specification to provide better product knowledge for customers on the website
