**- Provide order services from users with a good quality product.
- Preparing and creating PO & payment to vendor
- Finding & negotiating vendors as a comparison
- Reviewing, negotiating, & dealing the quotation with vendor
- Monitoring and following up on the purchase request of goods and services ordered from all departments.
- Processing the purchase of goods and services needed by all departments and ensuring the quality of goods and services in accordance with what is needed.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and renegotiate prices on a regular basis.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's graduate from any major
- At least one year of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position
- Good at data collection and documentation in an organized manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate strong ability in communication and negotiation skills.
- Have a wide network of vendors/suppliers.
- Independent self-starter with attention to detail
- Possesses integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Able to speak English is a point plus.
- Preferably male with a maximum age of 35 years old.
