Procurement Manager

We invite an experienced and driven Procurement Manager to join our team at the Indonesian Furniture, Sanitary Ware, and Interior Items Trading House.
Your main task will be to ensure reliable and advantageous supply of materials and products for our product portfolio.
We are seeking a professional capable of effectively negotiating with suppliers and developing long-term partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:

- Search and selection of reliable suppliers, with special attention to product quality, prices, and delivery timelines.
- Development of strategic relationships with suppliers, analyzing their manufacturing capabilities.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to establish favorable contracts and agree on delivery terms.
- Preparation of documentation and contracts prior to finalizing transactions.
- Organize market and competitive environment monitoring to identify new procurement opportunities.
- Adherence to procedures and standards when finalizing transactions and managing deliveries.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement.
- Knowledge of the furniture, sanitary ware, and interior items market is a plus.
- Experience in successful negotiations and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Responsibility, analytical thinking, and a drive for innovation.
