Job Title: Cluster Lead - Procurement SourcingLocation: AirAsia RedHouse - Tangerang**Job Description**:As a Cluster Lead for Procurement Sourcing, you will play a critical role in executing the Group Procurement Sourcing strategies and planned actions for the assigned Category in the assigned cluster. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver targeted savings and other KPIs, including cash flow improvement, risk management, and compliance for the assigned category, in the assigned cluster.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute the Group Procurement Sourcing strategies and planned actions for the assigned Category in the assigned cluster.- Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on Cluster's Category Spend, strategic plans, project status, and performance against established KPIs to the Group Category Lead.- Plan and develop strategic sourcing projects to deliver targeted savings and other KPIs, including cash flow improvement, risk management, and compliance for the assigned category, in the assigned cluster.- Collaborate with key stakeholders from other functions to lead assigned projects, maintain progress and ensure timely achievement of the objectives, and share periodic reports on the status.- Enable a reliable supply base for the assigned Category, and supplier evaluations and manage supplier relationships, supply risks, and business continuity.- Interface and partner with users to understand needs and deliver continuous value, and a high level of customer service.- Own contract execution, and compliance of Suppliers to contracted terms & conditions.- Support Group Category Lead in driving innovation through enabling Supplier engagement, and providing local knowledge.- Act as the voice of the Group Procurement Category Lead and develop Category SME skills.- Be due diligent, and ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of actions.- Strengthen AirAsia's brand image and customer advocacy.- Promote AirAsia's culture and values within the organization and externally.- Strive for excellence in Procurement, including commercial and process ownership for Category sourcing activities in the Cluster.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, preferably in the aviation industry.- Strong knowledge of Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and Risk Management.- Demonstrated experience in leading sourcing projects and negotiations with suppliers.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.- Experience in managing people or teams is a plus.**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
