**Job Description**:

- Able to analyze the outlet operations flow and give ideas for simplification
- Improving outlet operations in workflows
- Able to gather and analyze data in order to make improvement suggestions
- Responsible for reviewing the Standard Product Manual before approval
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Able to become the project manager
- Weekly visit to outlet in order to assess ongoing improvement initiatives or ongoing LTO

**Requirements**:

- Understand the whole outlet operations in terms of workflow in the bar and kitchen
- Team player
- Computer literature (spreadsheet, excel, word)
- Great communication skills
