We are now looking for a position as a Process Engineer areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in engineering
- Female/male
- Understand Lean Manufacturing
- Has more than 2-3 years from automotive/battery company
- Able to speak Chinese
- Strong learner, adaptive, detail oriented, good negotiation, active person
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist process supervisors in preparing technical documents for the PACK production process
- Mastering the main control points of the production process and PACK production process, understanding the situation of the production site in a timely manner and being able to make timely responses
- On-site technical guidance and training for production line employees
- Participate in the analysis and investigation of technical quality accidents and equipment accidents in the production process
- Receive rationalization suggestions that are reported directly and handle them according to procedures
- Helping the PACK director develop a new supplier material evaluation plan and overseeing its implementation
- Assist the PACK process supervisor to carry out other PACK work.
