**Your main duties in flying with us**:

- Standardize technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements.
- Review technical design specifications developed.
- Develop custom integration solutions including major enhancements, interfaces, functions and features.
- Lead and guide the design, development of reusable components.
- Maintain new and existing object reference files.
- Perform script maintenance and updates due to changes in requirements or implementations.
- Assist in defining DevOps and quality guidelines and standards.
- Participate in the development of contingency plans including reliable backup and restore procedures.
- Identify continuity/disaster recovery risks and mitigation plans.
- Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans with service providers and network carriers.
- Assist in the development of user guides and training documentation for systems.
- Provide recommendations for the solutions.
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to less-experienced team members.
- Provides technical guidance or system process expertise.
**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:

- Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or other related field.
Or equivalent work experience.
- Requires 6 or more years as Devops or System Engineer (have 1 years exp as a team lead is plus point).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes, identify and understand
- requirements, and develop alternate solutions.
- Strong grasp of automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Requires working knowledge of two or more programming languages.
