You will be the operational right hand of the Chief Architect during European business hours, blending leadership, execution, and technical expertise to uphold global standards, mentor regional architects, and drive strategic initiatives.
This role supports incident response and translates escalations into lasting improvements to strengthen architectural quality and build future-ready capabilities across projects.What will you do:Collaborate with the Chief Architect's Office to provide extended architectural leadership and ensure seamless global continuity during European hours.Act as the Chief Architect's operational partner, ensuring seamless coverage, effective decision-making, and alignment with global standards.Leverage expertise in headless CMS, Cloud & DevOps, composable architectures and AI/automation-driven transformation to design and implement scalable, future-ready digital solutions.Lead client discovery and pursuits by running visioning workshops, assessing current state, mapping business goals to technical roadmaps, and designing innovative, scalable solutions.Provide architectural oversight and guidance across projects, ensuring best-in-class technical quality and scalability.Mentor and coach regional architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.Support incident response and translate escalations into long-term, sustainable improvements.Execute strategic initiatives that strengthen Altudo's architectural capability, including future-facing frameworks, AI-driven accelerators, and platform standardization.Partner with cross-functional leaders to influence technology roadmaps, optimize solution design, and drive customer success.Who you areA seasoned architect with 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and modern digital platforms.Proficient in Cloud & DevOps, microservices, composable DXP architectures, headless CMS, and AI/automation-led transformation.Hands-on in driving complex integrations while maintaining a strategic view.Strong expertise in modern CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Contentful, Optimizely, Content stack, and others.Skilled at bridging technical problem-solving with architectural leadership.Experienced in incident management and governance, with the ability to resolve challenges swiftly and implement sustainable fixes.A mentor and influencer who empowers and uplifts regional architecture teams.Highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively across geographies, business functions, and client organizations.What's in it for youOpportunity to lead architectural strategy in one of the fastest-growing digital consulting firms, directly shaping global delivery standards.Work alongside the Chief Architect and senior leadership, influencing technology decisions at scale.Exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven transformation projects with global enterprises.A culture that values experimentation, ownership, learning and innovation, where your ideas translate into real impact.Be part of an award-winning team, recognized for excellence in XM Cloud and Experience Engineering.About AltudoAltudo is a customer and employee experience consulting firm with a global presence across the US, Canada, and South America.
