**Preschool Vice Principal of Student Affairs**

**Responsibilities**:

- The ability to handle parent concerns and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- A passion for promoting a well-rounded educational experience that includes extracurricular activities.
- Ability to establish positive relationships with students to understand and address their concerns and problems.
- Effective communication with parents, including conducting parent-teacher meetings and addressing their concerns and feedback.
- Motivating and supporting students to excel academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Motivating and supporting teachers and staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- An understanding of early childhood educational principles and best practices.
- The ability to observe and assess teaching and learning processes and provide constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- The Vice Principal should be prepared to step into the role of Principal when necessary, which may involve administrative duties, decision-making, and communication with other school staff.
**Qualifications**:

- A master's degree/ bachelor's degree in education, child development, early childhood education, or a related field is typically required.
- Prior teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting is usually required.
- Administrative experience (dapodik/ teaching administration)
- Experience working with young children, parents, and teachers is essential.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and support teachers and staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Age range: 24 - 40.
- A minimum 5 years experience of teaching in Preschool.
- Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking with a minimum IELTS Score of 6.0.
- Adaptable with BCCT approach method.
(Attended PPOT/ Sentra training is preferred).
