Selo Precrafted was created by the Selo prior in 2019 to address the market needs for Prefabricated Construction in South East Asia and Beyond.
The business uses cold frame steel and Framecad technology to produce high-quality cost-effective frames, trusses, and buildings.
The business has considerable pricing advantage due to its low-cost location and access to high quality products used in the manufacturing process.
Due to the rapid growth of the business and large opportunity the founders are looking to on a **Business Development Executive** to drive the growth of the business going forward.
**Administration**
- Ensures that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manuals as well as electronic, is maintained at all times.
- Maintains complete and supported records of all Pre-crafted Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the company.
- Establishes an efficient trace file to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
- Submits Sales report to the Factory Manager in a timely manner.
- Provides accurate reporting of business booked to the company overseas Sales team for monthly consolidation.
- Prepares and ensures all Sales Orders are distributed to concerned department in a timely manner.
**Customer Service**
- Entertains and conducts site inspections to clients whenever required.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.
- Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring customer's requests and expectations are being met.
- Handles customer and employee's inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found and ensures a prompt follow-up.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
**Financial**
- Achieves the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the Pre-crafted sales revenue.
- Develops and reviews Personal Business Plan which is linked to the factory's Annual Business Plan.
- Continuously seeks ways to maximise revenues and profits by cross selling and upselling other sub company products and service.
- Ensures that all company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
**Marketing**
- Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent product knowledge of the company.
- Constantly monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and the competitor company' sales initiatives, in order to make sure the company's sales remain competitive and cutting edge.
- Ensures a high level of exposure for the company through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications.
**Operational**
- Organizes Management of all sales related activities including lead generation, actively managing leads through the sales process, and co-ordination and support of sales events.
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of the company products, facilities, features and services.
- Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the company.
- Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Factory Manager.
- Pre-qualifies and targets prospects (companies and government departments), utilising provided company system and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase company's market share.
- Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.
- Manages and coordinates support including carrying out site visits, lead transport and entertainment.
- Analyses sales statistics and creates sales management reports.
- Plans and makes Sales trips to the parties concerned which is our current and potential clientele to explore into new business opportunities.
- Supports Sales content requirements (e.g.
liaising with construction team on construction updates related to SPC villas under construction)
- Establishes strong contacts to source for information in regard to planned and up-coming functions/ events.
- Reviews and constantly seeks productivity level improvements through the process of "taking work out of the system" (when appropriate) and thorough streamlining of work process.
- Implements all sales action plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.
- Conducts regular Market Surveys and Competitor Researches.
- Organizes sales database, CRM system and leads.
- Creates sales presentations.
- Supports implementation of sales related Marketing and PR.
