Job Responsibilities :
Manage Powerhouse organization in daily operation & maintenance. Includes regular maintenance & overhaul, carrying out programs to simplify and standardize maintenance practices, lubrication programs, energy conservation, cost savings, quality improvement etc. Gives prompt attention to emergency works Keep in monitoring of operation in 24 hours/day, 7 hours/week Manage facility maintenance in daily operation & improvement project Carrying out sustaining & energy saving project at Powerhouse area. Include collecting all energy saving ideas from the Plant in order to improve energy usage & reduce utility cost Works closely with the Finance and Accounting Departments on all aspects of new work orders, shop orders, outside purchases, budget preparation, and utility costs. Provides the Purchasing Department with information on specification and vendor selection Keeps an up-to-date on locally available equipment, parts, and services in his specialty area. A constant effort is made continually to substitute quality local, for improved items. Carries out a variety of special assignments as requested by the Engineering Manager & Facilities Manager
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in production engineering Experience in Utility or Energy Management will be value added Proficient knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects (operation and maintenance) of production and or energy system Understanding of utility machinery & equipment Working knowledge of safety, health, evironmental standards and requirements Knowledge of energy management concepts and therories, as well as supply and demand side strategies for efficiency improvement. SAP system literate Strong analitical thinking, good communication and interpersonal skill, self motivated and energetic
