**Job Description**:
- To Supervise and Control The winding and Finishing Department Activities and to follow the packing type requirement for each product against sales order as per customer needs.
- Packaging planning
1.
Assess the packaging material needed and place requirement for Purchase & issue of material
2.
Color wise segregation of different products running simultaneously for packaging
3.
Achieve daily targeted packing production
- Yarn conditioning
1.
Monitor and control yarn conditioning as per product specification
2.
Monitor and control the process parameters (temperature and RH) of yarn conditioning room
- TFO & Cheese winding
1.
Monitor and control shift wise production of cheese winding and TFO machines
2.
Control rejections at TFO cones by identifying faulty spindles and report to maintenance/ electrical for corrective actions
- Winding
1.
Monitor and control shift wise production of winding machines
2.
Control rejections at winding cones by identifying faulty spindles and report to maintenance/electrical for corrective actions
3.
Monitor cuts and coordinate with Preparatory and Spinning sections for corrective actions
- Waste control
Monitor and control hard waste of Winding, TFO and Cheese winding
Requirement
- Having experience to lead / supervise the team
