Directs and coordinates engineering activities concerned with process development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices.
Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted, and phases of test operations.
Coordinates operational, functional and performance phases of tests.
Analyzes and interprets test process data.
Prepares technical reports of for use by engineering personnel.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function, including FMEA and QCP controls at Post-E area.
