Policy Analyst (Intern)

**PT Semar Sentinel** Indonesia is actively looking for a **Research Analyst Interns**

**Skills and Qualifications required**:

- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Micro and macro analysis skills
- solid understanding of research methodologies and techniques.
- Critical thinking, able to think critically and objectively.
- Understanding and interests in one or several issues (politics, economy and business, security, defence, aerospace)
- High agility and adaptability in a fast-paced working environment, dynamic teams.
- A strong understanding of research ethics and the responsibility to conduct research with integrity.
- Attention to detail, high level of attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in research findings and to avoid errors in data interpretation.
- Knowledge and skills in working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Laptop/notebook
- Deadline-based

**Scope of Work**:

- Participate in daily and weekly deliverable on specific issues
- Participate in reports and provide analysis/insights on specific issues (economy and business, security, defence, aerospace)
- Participate to research projects
- Provide analysis and key takeaways on current issues for our clients
