We are currently looking for a highly organized and dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) & Personal Assistant to support our Corporate Director in Surabaya .
This dual-role position combines high-level administrative support with project coordination, requiring someone with strong HR Development experience and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee key cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects Lead financial planning to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability across business and functional projects Collaborate with department heads and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate goals Lead transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and technological integration Proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities during project execution Manage and organize the Director's calendar, appointments, travel plans, and meetings Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials Serve as a communication bridge between the Director and internal/external stakeholders Requirements 4-5 years proven experience as PMO (highly desirable if you have maritime shipping industry or similar logistics/transport background) Strong background in HR Development, Organization Development, or related strategic roles Excellent communication skills to engage with senior leaders and external stakeholders Professional English proficiency Willing to WFO in Surabaya #J-18808-Ljbffr
