**Primary Responsibility**:
Plan, organize, and direct all activities for auditing and/or improving in-process manufacturing quality systems, environment, health, safety, and handling of hazardous materials and finished products to assure that these products meet or exceed customer, local government, and corporate quality standards with optimum utilization of capital and manpower.
**Job Accountabilities**:

- Accountable for manufacturing quality systems audits with routine floor audits for essential control items, standards random outgoing quality audits in Business Team, and special checking as directed in other Business Teams
- Maintains compliance to IATF 16949, ISO-9001, ISO/IEC-17025, and Product Assurance standard (SNI, CCC, SIRIM, ECE, DOT, BPS, IS, etc.)
and handling Plant Layer Process Audit compliance to Goodyear Standard System
- Maintain Quality System achievement for ISO, government standard, corporate, and OE Customer standard
- Provides the Audit Reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) as the feedback for management evaluation and keep the file and follow up for preventive and corrective action for any non-conformance
- Provides monthly Quality Indicator report
- Issue testing report based on regulatory standards (i.e.
GSO, BIS, CCC, PNS, etc.)
- Provides data for Competitor Tire Analysis
- Plans and schedules all finished product tire line testing and analysis to assure that our products meet Quality Standard
- Plans calibrating machine equipment tools at internal and external calibration
- Evaluating the potentially unsafe condition in the area and safeguarding it
- Product Certification (SNI, CCC, BIS, BPS, ECE, DOT, GSO, MS), system and test compliance
- Establish credibility and positive working relationships with Business Teams and all service departments
- Provides service to Business Team, Engineering, and corporate in the forms of assistance in isolating problem areas through capability and performance analysis, initiating control programs in problem areas and providing information upon request
- Provides an ongoing method of training for all existing employees to strengthen the department

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any major engineering-related course from a reputable university
- Experienced in Quality Assurance Manufacturing for at least 4 years
- Knowledgeable in Product and Manufacturing processes, ISO requirements, Customer Standard, and System Audit Organization
- Has strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
- The initiative, self-motivated and can work with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
