Plant Manager

A growing FMCG company based in Jakarta is seeking a new Plant Manager for its growing operations. The company believes in providing healthy food to local Indonesians are are making it their mission to make healthy food more affordable.

About the Plant Manager Role:
This is a great opportunity for the Plant Manager to develop the group operation systems and processes. Your main responsibility is to lead and advise on the construction and system on the manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems Supervise and lead engineers, scientists, and technicians who design machinery, plan and develop civil projects, and oversee production Develop overall concepts for new projects Ensure all compliance needs are met
To be successful in this role as a Plant Manager, you should have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
Key Requirements:
Five or more year's plant operations experience Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams Strict adherence to company standards and safety procedures
If you have a background in food or FMCG that would be a plus, as the company deals with food ingredients and is in the consumable FMCG sector.
