**About the Program**:The Young Professional Program Batch 2 is a 6-month internship program designed to prepare young talent for becoming professionals. Through a series of training sessions, mentorship, and practical activities, participants not only acquire the skills and knowledge to compete in the professional world but are also encouraged to explore novel ideas and develop innovative solutions. Additionally, the program presents interdisciplinary learning opportunities, enabling participants to deepen their understanding ranging from spatial consultancy and architectural roles to operational and management positions. This allows participants to engage in various positions at SHIRVANO with an allocation of 8 hours per day (Monday - Friday), broadening their perspectives and enhancing career potential under the guidance of experts from diverse fields of expertise.**Internship Period**:April 2024 - October 2024**Type of employment**:Paid Internship**Positions available**:- ** Urban Planner Intern**: Support senior urban planners in conducting research, data analysis, and creating reports related to urban development projects.- ** Environmental Analyst Intern**: Assist in researching and analyzing environmental data, conducting site assessments, and preparing reports on environmental impacts.- ** GIS Analyst Intern**: Assist in collecting and analyzing GIS related data, and preparing reports on GIS trends and opportunities.- ** Rural and Community Development Intern**: Support rural and community development consultant in conducting research, data analysis, and creating reports.- ** Economic Analyst Intern**: Support economic analysts in conducting research, analyzing market trends, and assisting in the development of economic impact assessments.- ** Tourism Analyst Intern**: Assist in collecting and analyzing tourism-related data, conducting market research, and preparing reports on tourism trends and opportunities.**Requirements**:- Recent graduates or final-year students with no classes to attend- Educational background in architecture, urban and regional planning, and other fields relevant to the desired position- Active participation in both internal and external campus organizations, volunteering, competitions, and other developmental activities- Committed to a minimum 6-month program, allocating 8 hours per day (Monday-Friday) in a remote work setting**What we offer**:- Paid Internship: IDR 2.000.000/month- Remote or work from anywhere- Team bonding and building events- Learning and development program- Opportunity to rotate to other positions you may interest- A collaborative work environment where interns actively participate in real-life projects and receive mentorship from young professional talents**Selections stage**:- Application Review- Pre-Assessment- People and Culture Interview- Technical test (for some positions)- User Interview- Job Offer**Important Note**:**F.A.Q**:Difference between Young Professional Program and the Shirvano Internship Program?- In the Young Professional Program, interns are required to commit 8 hours/day (Monday-Friday) and engage in a series of activities such as participating in real projects and receiving predetermined training during the internship period. Interns may also be rotated to other positions based on their interests. The minimum internship duration is 6 months.- On the other hand, Shirvano Internship Program requires interns to dedicate only 5 hours/day and partake in activities like real projects, research projects, and collaboration projects. Interns are given the opportunity to experience only one position.
