**Responsibilities**:
1.
Editing and retouching photos after photoshoot sessions.
2.
Ensuring all assignments are edited on time for publication.
3.
Being a cooperative team player to ensure all projects are completed to high standards
and according to the brief and company guidelines.
4.
Advising the photographer and assistants on exposure, lighting, focus, and set
background.
**Qualification**:
1.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Photo Editor and Retoucher, proven by a strong
portfolio.
2.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects, and Capture One Pro,
developing design technologies that enhance design and storytelling.
3.
Creative mind with a keen eye for detail and expertise in color correction, compositing,
masking, sharpening, lighting, and resizing.
4.
Excellent time management skills.
5.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet company targets (in
terms of the number of photos to produce within a day).
6.
Strong team player with a positive work attitude.
7.
Supporting the photography team with photo production.
8.
Ability to assist in styling during photoshoots is a plus.
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
