What you'll be doing: Creating, editing, and publishing high-converting content across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn Turning one strong idea into 10+ content assets using AI Editing video (short-form & long-form) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Rush, Veed, Descript Managing the visibility strategy — collaborations, trends, reposts, repurposing Tracking what's working and testing what's next Supporting my wider brand projects with creative execution and organizational finesse You're perfect for this if: You have a proven track record of rapidly growing online brands (your own or others) You're fluent in content, obsessed with trends, and have a sharp eye for what performs You actively use AI tools to speed up and improve your work You're proactive, fast-moving, and know how to make ideas happen You're flexible with hours and can work around the rhythm of my family (baby = unpredictable) You're excited to be in Bali — or already here This role is not for you if: You think AI is cheating You need a rigid 9–5 You don't want to be hands-on with editing You don't thrive in a high-trust, high-ownership environment What you'll get: Creative freedom with clear direction Zero micromanagement The chance to work from anywhere in Bali — café, villa, beach Exposure to a multi-six-figure business with a clear mission Travel and shoot opportunities as the brand expands The kind of role you grow with — not out of Share this job to get priority and so we see you!
