Responsibility
- Input into the system finance (NetSuite) business trip submission, reimbursement and realization that has previously been verified
- Ensuring the completeness of Cash Advance documents, reimbursement and reminder
- Create approval document and submit PO for every procurement task through people team
- Compile employee attendance report data
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or final year student from a reputable university
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in native and English language.
- Positive can-do attitude
- Organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail
- Able to commit for 3 months period on full-time basis
- Willing to work on-site in our HQ Bandung
- Domicile in Bandung area is preferable
