**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership and guidance to local HR team ( x3) in Indonesia.
- Partner closely with Regional HR leader based in Singapore to drive and implement HR initiatives ( HRIS/HR Operations/Onboarding/ L&D, Talent Management..etc)
- Act as a business partner to local senior leaders on all HR matters and provide solutions to people challenges
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure fair and consistent practice in accordance with salary administration guidelines as stipulated by Regional HR and local legislation.

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a start up environment
- 5 to 10 years of experience in an HR function ( HRBP preferred with management experience)
- Good organization and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect the dots and use good judgement
