Alterra is looking for a People Partner Associate to join our team in our Jakarta office.
This role's main responsibility is to become a strategic partner to the Support Divisions management and employees on human capital related issues.
This role will also act as an employee champion and change agent, assesses and anticipates human capital-related needs, as well as formulates partnerships across the People Operation function to deliver value-added service to Support Divisions management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in Human Resources.

**Responsibilities**:
- ** As A Strategic Partners **- Collaborate with the management of Support Divisions to develop strategies for (but not limited to): talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning for all employees in the Divisions.
Assess and adjust HR-related strategies in response to the business needs of the Support Divisions.
Assess human capital implications of strategic business decisions and assist the execution to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth transition.
- ** Ensuring Close Collaboration** - Maintain healthy relationships with the management and employees across the Support Divisions to develop trusted relationships and oversee/manage complex employee-relations issues.
Works closely (e.g.
by conducting regular weekly/bi-weekly meetings) with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Collaborate with People Operations in determining approaches to matters of recruitment, compensation, and other HR-related matters in order to ensure that the programs in place are effective and efficient.
- ** Provide Analytical to business** - Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with People Operations teams in order to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and also to avoid future ones.
- ** Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives in business related**- Takes initiatives and serves the Support Divisions on HR-related operational matters to full fill their needs with a view of improving the department's overall efficiencies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of people experience in recruiting, employee services, compensation/benefits, and/or organizational development
- Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
- Superb conflict resolution skills
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
- Effective interpersonal, listening and communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to solve moderate to complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem solving
- Strong knowledge of the human resource ecosystem
- Demonstrate discretion and sound judgement while working with sensitive and confidential materials
- A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to fast-paced and ever-changing environment
