- Coaching and counseling employees
- Handle training administration and training needs analysis.
- Create & Implement assessment & development program.
- Handle HRD work programs such as sharing sessions, events, and employee birthday.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources and Communication.
- More than 1 years experience as a People and Organization Development.
- Familiar with Psychological Testing & Assessment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving.
